Assam Hatimara is grown in the North East of Assam, in one of the few tea gardens that uses exclusively cloned bushes. Although the tea shrubs themselves are relatively young, only the best varieties have been selected!

The result from the careful selection of plants and processing is a wirey looking leaf that produces a brew of intense colour and flavour. Full, aromatic and ith even a hint of saffron peeking through!
