Barahona Dominican Republic coffee is a stunning organically grown arabica coffee. The beans are grown and sun dried and ripened. This process gives the beans a wonderful sweetness.
Coffee exports are important to the economy of the island and this particular one is grown between several small coffee farms, providing a good income for the coffee farmers. It is a popular coffee in Japan where it is blended with the famous Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee to create a stunning blend.
We think this coffee is great with or without milk- however you choose to enjoy it.
