Brazil Sao Silvestre Late Harvest is a wonderful specialty unwashed coffee. These beans are fully ripened and harvested later in the season, and only from the side of the coffee plant which receives the morning sun. The beans are hand sorted and this ensures not only a top quality selection but also more jobs in the local industry. The beans are then dried, stored and peeled just before being exported.

The ripening of the Sao Silvestre beans is reflected in the fullness of their flavour. Well balanced with a smooth body, rounded off with notes of caramel, chocolate and nutty hints.
