Chai Masal is made with a soft black tea embellished with plenty of cinnamon, cardamom and cloves. The spices have been added make this a strong and spicy treat . Traditionally in India the leaves are added to milk and heated to create a thick warming drink. It has become a popular drink in cafes worldwide and tastes great drunk with or without milk. Simply brew for 3 – 5 minutes and add a dash of milk to create your very own chai latte.
