White Monkey China Green tea is hand-picked in the first two weeks of harvest in the early morning. It is grown in the Chinese province of Fujian at great altitude. Legend has it that early tea pickers had in the past, managed to train monkeys to pick the top leaves. Today however it is picked by humans, carefully, over the course of several days.

The twisty and slightly fluffy leaves makes a light green infusion and a mild liquor. Slight nuances of honey peek through  this fascinating tea. A must try for every lover of green tea!
