The Japan Sencha Fukujyu is one of the best Japanese teas from the famous region of Shizuoka. It’s subtle yet refreshing, wonderfully aromatic and slightly sweet with grassy notes.The leaf gets a very fine and fragile structure.

The infusion has a shimmering light olive green colour.Japanese green teas are produced in a different way to Chinese green teas. They are steamed as opposed to being pan fired.This gives them a deeper green colour and a grassier flavour.
