Kenya GFOP Kaproret. This is the name of the Tea Estate in Kenya and the tea plant used is from Chinese stock.

Tea was introduced to Kenya in the early 1900’s and is now a very large industry with lots of tea being exported to different parts of the world.

This loose leaf black tea has a strong yet slightly flowery flavour reminiscent of a Chinese Yunnan.

Kaproret is considered one of the best of the Kenyan teas due to its striking, golden brown leaf tips and its orange coloured cup.
