Matcha Genmaicha Organic is simply a must try if you are a lover of green teas and fine teas. Here we see two of Japans most adored green teas combined to create what we would call a super- tea!

Genmaicha is known for being a fantastic companion to food, it has a savoury, fresh and slightly buttery flavour thanks to the addition of popped brown rice. It also has a slightly thicker mouth feel than some green teas because of this.

A smooth mild Matcha has been added which coats the Genmaicha leaves creating the vibrant colour that you can see. The overall blend is slightly a sweet, savory and refreshing green tea with some caramel like notes from the roasted rice. We are really pleased to have this blend in stock and cant wait to share it wih our green tea loving customer.

We recomend trying this when you need a little pick me up and alongside food, especially sushi or fish dishes.
