Matcha Taishan Organic is a powdered Green tea with many health benefits. The tea plants are shaded in the last few weekd befor the leaves are plucked. The shade method increases the chlorophyll content and produces more polyphenols in the plant.

Whenn prepared the Matcha is a mossy green in colour, with a strong and fresh bouquet accompanied a slight tarte  aftertaste. Brewing instructions: Use a bamboo whisk and tea bowlPut matcha into a cup using a small sifter then add 2oz hot water (75-85 degrees) then whisk vigorously in a zig zag motion until the tea is frothy.
