Salted Liquorice Black Tea

Salted Liquorice black tea comines the sweet taste of liquorice with pearls of salt for perfect balance.

Liquorice is a strong flavour and because of this it can divide opinions, however we think even those who arent so keen on the taste will be be able to enjoy a cup of this. The flavour of salted liqourice is already popular in Scandivian countries, and that flavour profile has inspired this fantastic Black tea blend.

 Black tea leaves have been used as a base for pieces of liquorice, whole star anise and a small amount of aniseed. The pearls of salt provide a savoury pop that balances out the flavour of aniseed and black gold to create an exsquitely soft sweet cup of tea that is soothing.
