Turmeric Cassis Spice Blend

Turmeric Cassis combines the nuances of warm spicy turmeric and ginger with some gentle sweetness to create a harmonious blend, which is healthful and comforting.

Turmeric has been an ingredient in ayurvedic medicine for many years, it is used for joint health and against the symptoms of colds as it has anti-inflammatory properties. Pieces of candied pineapple, apple and blackcurrants bring a touch of fruitiness. The redcurrant flavour is reminiscent of cassis, hence where the name comes from. This is a wonderful blend for all year round but particularly the colder months.

Contains: turmeric slices, ginger pieces, pineapple cubes (pineapple, sugar), hibiscus blossoms, apple pieces, fennel, blackberry leaves, blackcurrants, flavouring.
