Vocan Baru Panama is a medium roast with a complex character and often described as a gourmet coffee, a surprising find from such a small plantation!

Panama Boquete Volcan Baru from Boquete in the western province of Chiriqui in Panama. This region is known as the “Valley of the Flowers and the Everlasting Spring”. Cultivted on small plantations, close to the border of Costa Rica which has ideal conditions for the Arabica beans.
A medium roast with a complex character and often described as a gourmet coffee, a surprising find from such a small plantation! The medium roast allows the slightly floral and soft notes of chocolate to shine! The body and light acidity work in harmony together perfectly, and the aftertaste is pleasant and long lasting . We would recommend trying this coffee on its own wihtout milk or sugar to tuly appreciate all the nuances it has to offer.
