Brazil Capim Branco is cultivated at 1,150 meters in the renowned highlands of Brazil’s Cerrado Plateau. This sun ripened Yellow Catuai variety matures into golden fruit with a naturally rich and sweet character.

In the cup, it offers a fruity sweetness with gentle nutty undertones and a smooth, lingering finish. Celebrated for its exceptional quality, Capim Branco has been recognized multiple times with the prestigious Cup of Excellence from the Brazil Specialty Coffee Association (BSCA).

The beans are sun-dried with the fruit pulp still intact, allowing their honey-like sweetness to infuse deeply into the coffee. The result is a uniquely vibrant and memorable cup.
