Grown in the lush Copán region of western Honduras, this coffee is the result of a collaboration between many small local farmers. The project supports conservation efforts around the nearby Macaw Mountain Bird Park, helping protect native birdlife, including the striking scarlet macaws and other vibrant parrots that call this region home.
