China Black Gunpowder is a unique tea, expertly handrolled by experienced tea experts in the Fujian province of China. It’s appearance is similar to pellets of gunpowder, which is how it earnt it’s name. The leaves are rolled into shiny anthracite coloured pearls using a knowledge that has been passed down through generations.

Once brewed this tea produces a medium dark coloured liquor. The bouquet is aromatic and rounded. The flavour is aromatic, mild but full bodied with a slightly smokey note. A throughly enjoyable tea for tea connesiuers and newcomers alike.
