At the height of the plucking season, from July through September, the Aislaby plantation yields a tea of remarkable distinction. Finely sieved and touched with a subtle reddish hue, the leaf produces a generous infusion of depth and character.
The cup gleams a burnished copper, releasing a warm, earthy and spicy aroma with a full, rounded flavour. This is a tea of refinement and steady vigour.
