How to Make Delicious Iced Tea
June 22, 2026
We’re delighted to announce that It’s Tea has joined the European Speciality Tea Association (ESTA), an organisation dedicated to celebrating speciality tea, encouraging excellence and bringing together people who share a passion for great tea.
At It’s Tea, we believe there’s always something new to discover in the world of tea! From learning what makes a Japanese green tea different from a Chinese variety to finding a new favourite seasonal blend, we love sharing our passion for tea with our customers!
What Is the European Speciality Tea Association?
The European Speciality Tea Association brings together tea professionals, producers, retailers and enthusiasts who want to help the speciality tea industry thrive.
Through education, research, innovation and collaboration, ESTA works to deepen understanding of tea, celebrate its diversity and support the people and expertise behind it. Its aim is to help more people appreciate what makes speciality tea so remarkable.
What Does This Mean for You?
For us, joining ESTA is about more than membership. It’s an opportunity to keep learning, develop our knowledge and bring even more insight and enthusiasm to the teas we share with you.
The world of tea is wonderfully diverse, with different growing regions, harvesting techniques and processing methods creating an incredible range of flavours. Understanding these differences can help you discover teas you might never have considered, find varieties that suit your tastes and get even more enjoyment from every cup.
As part of this wider speciality tea community, we’re looking forward to continuing to build our knowledge and sharing what we learn through our tea range, product descriptions, guides and tastings.
