Our Japan Uchiyama green tea is characterised by its exceptionally fresh taste with a delicate hint of walnut, giving a pleasant aftertaste of almonds and a slightly malty note.

Once brewed this tea is a shiny yellow colour in the cup.

Uchiyama is a green sencha, produced in Tehyru district of Shizuoka in Japan.

Tea has been grown in the region for many years.

This loose leaf tea is a delight to drink and only the very best part of the tea plant is used, the bud and the first two leaves.
