Cinnamon Tung Ting Formosa Oolong is a beautiful and skillfully crafted Oolong tea.
The dried leaves are blended in roughly equal amounts with pieces of a soft cinnamon and then carefully warmed in tiered driers at a very low temperature. The tea is then set aside for about a week so that the ingredients may rest before the cinnamon pieces are carefully sieved out. The final product is aromatic, smooth, light tea with a warming cinnamon note.
