At over 1,900 metres above sea level, Ethiopian Tena Bloom grows in small family-run plots where the cherries ripen slowly under ideal conditions. Each one is picked by hand and naturally processed, a method that brings out the coffee’s vibrant fruit character and layered complexity.
In the cup, Tena Bloom offers a lively mix of sweet berries, stone fruit and soft tropical notes. Hints of orange blossom and ripe fruits lift the aroma. The flavour opens with caramel and raisin, then settles into a smooth, creamy finish with a gentle berry sweetness that lingers.
